The main goal of our magazine is to give readers relatable information to provide a connection to their thoughts and beliefs. Through personal experience, and a wide scope of political agendas, we can provide powerful and meaningful stories that pull our readers in and inspire them to pursue their current opinions or persuade them to pursue a different path.

Diversity gives our authors a unique perspective and allows us to expand the information we provide and how it is represented. Our vision of bringing a wide range of ideas, beliefs, knowledge and background through variance, becomes a reality as our stories come together to form an immense source of thoughtful and meaningful information.
As a group, we were able to explore the genres through our research and writing and we have learned how to use various mediums to navigate and compliment those genres. Putting our emotions aside and using factual and source filled writing has allowed us to use our own personal styles to tailor to our specific audience and showcase our writing abilities. We have also learned the importance of research and how to properly implement that into our work.
The revision and adaption process have taught us how to perfect our work, find mistakes and faults with our opinions and to take a step back and see a bigger picture before continuing. Peer and professor reviews have provided new ideas and perspectives and have directly affected each author, their styles and their stance on issues. It provided the needed encouragement to add additional detail and visual information. The stories chosen to revise and adapt include, persuasions, informational pieces, memoirs and profiles. These were chosen because there was a desire to impact audience and exemplify the group’s opinions and standpoints. We believe we have selected our best work to showcase this magazine and give it an edgy appeal.
The research and writing process has helped our group fine tune our focus on the goals for this magazine. While making revision choices as a group, we have learned things such as compromise and the usefulness of a fresh perspective and an open mind. We have been very fortunate in the willingness and ambition of our group members and it has had a direct affect on the quality of our magazine. We believe that our work is well researched, designed and model. We would advise other groups to aspire to the same teamwork and quality effort that we have aspired to. Hard work does pay off. We hope you enjoy our magazine.
